Overview
The FUG-RETRO is a unique adapter for macro photography which allows a Fujifilm G-mount wide angle or zoom lens to be reversed on a Fujifilm GFX series medium format camera body, and still retain full lens functions including AF and TTL metering. Reversing a lens on a camera body creates a high quality and high magnification macro lens. For example, the Fujifilm GF 32-64/ 4.0 R LM WR lens reversed will give a range of magnifications from 1.3-2x life size. And, because a lens is computed to work best at infinity, reversing it means that it gives superb quality at high magnifications. The FUG-RETRO can be attached (without extra adapters) to the BALPRO 1, BALPRO T/S and CASTBAL-PRO bellows to achieve even larger magnifications.
